A seasoned yacht captain is sought to oversee and manage a 90-foot motorboat, which is based in Jupiter, Florida in the fall, the Bahamas in the spring, and Nantucket in the summer.

Our esteemed client, a returning family, is looking for an experienced captain with the necessary licenses and proven expertise in navigating vessels of this size. This is a full-time opportunity for a captain with excellent references and a strong track record of managing both a crew of four and all the mechanical systems onboard.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to maintaining the watercraft and possess a mechanical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot a variety of onboard systems, including HVAC and osmosis systems. Experience with food and beverage systems and logistical transfers is also essential.

Qualifications:

- Must be licensed with proven prior experience navigating vessels of this size, easily verified by insurance carriers.

- Strong leadership skills to manage a crew of four.

- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting onboard systems.
