Bradley holds a Juris Doctorate degree in business law and an MBA from the University of Florida. Bradley has worked in various executive capacities over the last 15 years, including as a Chief of Operations for Cenegenics Jacksonville, an arm of the global leader in Age-Management Medicine operating in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He currently serves as Operating Director for several concierge practices in the Atlanta and Jacksonville markets, and manages a Real Estate Investment trust, holding properties in the southeast U.S.
As a JD/MBA, Bradley understands the legal implications and business requirements of managing households and staff: operations, finances, human resources, risk management/liability, and asset protection.
Jamie Donaldson holds a Masters Degree in Health and Nutrition from the University of Florida and brings 20 years of private client experience to our team. In her most recent position, she served as the Director of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology for Cenegenics Elite Health, the oldest and largest Age-Management/preventative medical practice in the U.S. Jamie’s focus is to help guide her clients to better health by encouraging, planning, and executing healthy goals.

Irma is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Business Administration. She manages private residences and vacation homes throughout the U.S. and Europe. Irma has a diverse background in office management, business ownership, property management, and restaurant management.
Irma joined the IDC team after 10 years of working as an account manager to a national financial services company. She is both personable and relatable.

Patrick is a Wisconsin native, graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Hospitality Management. In 1994 he continued his studies graduating from the famed Starkey International Institute for Household Management in Denver, Colorado.
Over the past 26 years, Patrick has lived and worked in Palm Beach, managing private residences at the world-renowned Breakers Hotel, a commercial office space, a privately-owned forty thousand square foot oceanside compound, and a portfolio of investment properties.
Patrick’s eye for detail, his passion for art and design, and his inherent business acumen have contributed to his great success in the real estate world.

Apichai has been a member of the IDC team for the past 4 years. Allan is the co-owner of a construction management company with over three decades of experience in the industry. Allan supports all aspects of construction, whether it be new or existing. Due to his knowledge, he serves as the principal construction litigation expert.
Allan uses some of the latest diagnostic techniques and equipment available, and his investigations take him everywhere from the peaks of high-rise office buildings to underwater foundations. He is an NCARB registered architect, a licensed general contractor, an ICC certified building inspector, and a certified masonry inspector.
Allan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and graduate work in structural engineering. Previously he served as the head architect for two leading Orlando firms, director of construction and design for a major development company, and a construction contract administrator for the Walt Disney Company.
Allan is an acknowledged construction industry expert requested to speak at industry and company seminars and regularly testifies as an expert in trial and arbitration proceedings.
