Weekend Summer Nanny – Montauk, NY

We are seeking an experienced, engaging, and dedicated Weekend Nanny to support a lovely family in Montauk, NY, caring for two well-mannered children: Boy 6, and Girl 4. The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, and confident managing full-day care in a fast-paced environment. This is a short-term, live-out role based at the family's residence in Montauk.
 
Position Details:
  • Location: Montauk, NY (Live-Out Only)
  • Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Compensation: $800+ per day (based on $45/hr), commensurate with experience
Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care for both children 
  • Planning and engaging in enriching activities, both indoors and outdoors
  • Preparing meals and snacks for the children
  • Assisting with routines including meals, naps, and bedtime
  • Light tidying of children’s areas and belongings
  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment throughout the day
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience
  • Prior experience working in high-profile or private family settings preferred
  • Must be local to Montauk or able to reliably commute; no housing provided
  • Excellent references
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are essential
