Seeking a qualified nanny/tutor to support a lovely family in Dallas, TX. The family has three children, ages 15, 13, and 6.

Our client would like to find an experienced, educated, driven, sophisticated nanny/tutor to support her children's schedules. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly via e-mail or text. Being highly organized and tech-savvy is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge care of the children
• Support homework, educational outings, and encourage afterschool programs. 
• Support all aspects of caring for the three children.
• Support the coordination with activities, doctors’ visits, play dates, etc.
• Manage the children allocated times to play with I-Pads and other technical devises.
• Help prep and cook healthy meals, snacks.
• Provide healthy snacks for the children and be conscientious of any nutritional needs.
• Tidy and manage the children's spaces.
• Inventory and stock all supplies related to the children and their individual needs.
• Oversee personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Pack/unpack for the children.
• Organize and manage their wardrobes, laundry.
• Drive the children to school, activities, events, and appointments, always representing the parents with respect.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Heavy calendar management
• Shopping/errands/ordering on-line
• Communicate with the parents daily - daily journal logs for the children would be advantageous.

Details:

• This is a full-time position- flexibility in schedule is required.
• Weekend availability is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of private nanny experience
• Clear communication skills are required.
• Pass a complete detailed national and international background check.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Salary is $100,000 to $140,000 annually D/O/E
• Full benefits package offered. 

Requirements:

• College Educated with a BA, Master’s Degree, or PHD in Education 
• Must have verifiable references an
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Must be able to swim. 
• Must have a clean driving license.
• Must pass a detailed international criminal screening.
