Senior IT Engineer/Technical Manager
This is an Ohio based role that requires a well-rounded background in software, hardware, gadgets, IT security, and technology trends.
Frequent travel may be expected, nationally. Candidate should have a broad knowledge of current technology, best tech practice, and trends that meet approved standards.
This role is the point of contact for the principals and executives within this family group.
The role requires oversight of personal devices, smart home technology, PC and Mac-based devices, and having the ability to interact with experts in the field.
Must have excellent social skills, understand boundaries, be intuitive, have the ability to build relationships, and be sensitive highly confidential data.
- Must have excellent communication skills in writing and orally.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple vendor accounts.
- Have an understanding of security protocol and technology.
- Knowledge of mapping/design software.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years in a similar role
- A bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
- Must be legal to work in the United States
- Must pass a level-3 background check
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Salary: $120,000 + D.O.E.
