Salary: $95,000–$100,000 + $400 Monthly Medical Stipend
A wonderful individual based on Johns Island, South Carolina, is seeking a highly capable, service-minded Property Manager / Cook / Lifestyle Assistant to help bring organization, structure, and support to his daily life and estate operations.
This is a newly created position and a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping others improve their quality of life. This is not a formal estate environment. The principal is down-to-earth, informal, and creative, and the property reflects a relaxed, somewhat bohemian atmosphere.
The estate consists of a primary residence, guest houses, outbuildings, and multiple structures spread throughout the property. While cleaning services and outside vendors assist with certain tasks, the principal is seeking someone who can serve as his right hand and ensure everything is operating smoothly.
Responsibilities
Property & Estate Oversight
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of all residences and outbuildings
- Identify maintenance issues before they become problems
- Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Manage inventories and household supplies
- Organize, declutter, and improve systems throughout the property
- Coordinate seasonal property preparation
- Prepare the estate for hurricane season and severe weather
- Monitor roofs, windows, drainage systems, and general property condition
- Ensure service providers complete work to expected standards
Cooking & Lifestyle Support
- Prepare healthy, family-style meals
- Assist the principal in achieving wellness and lifestyle goals
- Support healthier eating habits and meal planning
- Maintain kitchen inventories and food ordering
- Assist with entertaining family and occasional guests
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
- Drive the principal to dinners, appointments, and social engagements as needed
- Maintain vehicle service schedules and registrations
- Assist with boat permits, registrations, and related documentation
- Run errands and assist with personal projects
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, family members, and service providers
Travel & Event Support
- Accompany the principal on occasional travel when requested
- Attend concerts, sporting events, and social outings as a companion/chaperone when appropriate
- Assist with travel logistics and coordination
Ideal Candidate

- Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Excellent communicator with strong follow-through
- Practical problem solver with good common sense

- Able to bring structure and organization to a property that needs attention
- Confident managing vendors and holding them accountable
Additional Qualifications
- Experience managing private homes, estates, yachts, ranches, or similar properties preferred
- Comfortable operating or being around boats and watercraft (a plus)
- Clean driver's license and excellent driving record required
- Excellent verifiable references
- Must be a non-smoker
- No vaping
- No excessive alcohol use
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000–$100,000
- $400 monthly medical stipend
