We are seeking a dedicated Private Chef for a wonderful family in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to establish a role of their own, where they can demonstrate their culinary skills and expertise.
Candidates should have a strong knowledge and understanding of true Italian cuisine, specifically making fresh pasta.
Our client desires a Chef deeply passionate about utilizing the freshest, highest quality internationally sourced ingredients to prepare visually appealing and delectable meals. The preferred candidate will consistently exhibit meticulous culinary skills and maintain a personable demeanor.
Candidates must have previous experiences in private homes, flexibility to travel, and be a team player with strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of healthy, gourmet meals tailored to the specific dietary requirements of the employer.
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning.
- Management of meal-related budgets and procurement.
- Utilization of fresh, organic, high-quality produce sourced internationally.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Required skillset:
- Previous experience cooking in private homes along with the flexibility to travel are essential.
- Proficient understanding of various culinary traditions, with a preference for expertise in organic and clean Italian cuisine.
- Proficiency in crafting healthy, gourmet meals with a focus on diverse culinary styles.

Schedule:
- Full-time position, working hours will vary and will require flexibility.
Compensation:
- $130,000 USD
- Negotiable salary based on experience
