Wonderful client with a beautiful home on Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, is looking for a local chef or a chef within commuting distance.

 

 Details:

• The family is informal and has no dietary requirements.
• They would like to find someone who can make beautiful salads for lunch and dinner, source local vegetables, grill corn, steak, chicken, and burgers.
• Make mac and cheese available for the children, cut fruit, cold cuts for the family to make their sandwiches, coleslaw, potato salad, or any specialists a chef might have in their repertoire.
• Homemade cookies and make summer pies/cobblers would be fantastic. 

Requirements:

• Someone who loves to grill and understands the lake culture.
• Assist with setting the table for lunch and dinner.
• Ensure the kitchen is spotless at the end of the evening.
• Maintaining the pantry, fridge, and cupboards. Putting items back neatly.
• Assist with emptying the dishwasher.
• Take the trash out at the end of the evening.
• Ideally, the family would love to find someone who would consider seasonal, yearly support next year.

 

Dates of service:

• July 8th to July 16th for 12 to 15 people
• July 29^th and 30^th for 10 to 15 adults 
• August 5^th and 6^th for 10 to 5 adults

 

Lunch, cocktails, and dinner for 10- 15 People

 

Compensation:

$550 to $600 per day

*Non-Smoker

*Must have prior private chef experience

*Must pass a detailed criminal background check
