Private Chef - Chagrin Falls, OH, with possible travel to FL and CA.

We seek an experienced private chef with a clear understanding of diet and nutrition, who can source local, fresh, healthy, organic produce. MUST have exceptional experience working domestically.

Prior experience as Private Chef with a combination of domestic and hospitality backgrounds is desirable. Must have excellent team building skills, be without ego, while having the abilities to manage and direct.

Must-Have Requirements: 

• Ability to meet and maintain family dietary restrictions and requests
• Ability to travel nationally if needed
• Only provide the highest standards of quality and service for UHNW families 
• Only highly experienced, well-established Chefs should apply

Duties include planning and preparing meals in private homes (according to the clients tastes and dietary needs) and managing groceries and supplies. Must communicate clearly between the executive chef, multiple properties, and direct support staff appropriately. The ideal candidate may also cater parties, holiday meals, luncheons, and other social events. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Modifying menus or creating new ones that meet quality and dietary standards.
• Predicting food requirements for the principals and their families.

Salary: 

$100,000 - $130,000
