CHEF – BEVERLEY HILLS, LOS ANGELES
Proven experience cooking European HNW family with children, either in the US or abroad for at least 3-5 years.
We seek a chef who is familiar with special diets- Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Sushi, Italian, Classic English, Mexican, BBQ and children’s’ meals, as well as baby food preparation, ability to cook biscuits and cakes, and flexible enough to cook family recipes specifically as the family likes them.
Able to shop online and from the market to be able to prepare weekly menus ahead of time and shop in accordance with these.
Excellent hygiene and organization skills for the F&B inventory managed by Chef.
Ready to train housekeepers and butlers to cook breakfast and be able and willing to help with service at the table occasionally when required.
50 hours a week
Friday / Saturday off (flexibility is required)
Top salary according to experience, two weeks PTO, health insurance.
