Michelin Level Chef - PLACED
A Top Five restaurant group based out of London and The Hamptons is in need of a specialty, Michelin level chef, supporting the 2 Michelin star executive chef.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant, and specialize in either:
- Asian cuisine with experience at Nobu or similar
- Spanish cuisine with experience at Barafino, Sabor, or similar
The opportunity is based primarily in London with travel. The chef will be a part of a structured team of highly-skilled chefs, working as the third chef.
The client has properties in London, Newbury, St. Barts, New York, and The Hamptons.
The client will provide accommodations at all locations.
