Executive Quality Control Chef/Head Chef - National Search
Executive Chef for a wonderful family based between multiple locations nationally.
We seek an executive-level chef with a clear understanding of diet and nutrition who is administratively savvy. Food writing skills, and time management skills would be essential requirements.
Prior experience working in domestic and hospitality backgrounds is desirable. Must have excellent team building skills, be without ego, while having the abilities to manage and direct.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Ability to meet and maintain family dietary restrictions and requests
- Experience managing staff
- High level of attention to detail
- Must have a clear understanding of diet and nutrition and excellent writing skills
- Must be able to implement and maintain existing SOPs
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed
- Only provide the highest standards of quality and service for UHNW families
- Should be self-motivated, a clear communicator
Duties include planning and preparing meals in private homes (according to the client's tastes and dietary needs) and managing groceries and supplies. Ensure daily menus and preferences are met, and oversee all food service. (Must be very detail orientated)
Must communicate clearly between multiple properties and direct support staff appropriately. The ideal candidate may also cater/plan/execute parties, holiday meals, luncheons, and other social events. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Modifying menus or creating new ones that meet quality and dietary standards.
- Predicting food requirements for the principals and their families.
- Recruiting and managing staff.
Salary:
$150,000 - $180,000 yearly, D.O.E.
