A chef with a clear understanding of diet and nutrition is needed to support five

days a week, starting at 3 pm daily through dinner service for a lovely young couple in

Weston, MA. 

The ideal candidate would arrive, set the table, and prepare an evening meal five days a week. The couple would like to meet a chef who has the flexibility to help at weekends periodically, with plenty of prior notice.

OR

Our clients are also open to a part-time chef, who would support them three days a week. In this situation, the chef would come and make and serve dinner three days, starting earlier in the day and leaving food for the remainder of the week/weekend.

Necessary Skills

• A clear understanding of diet and nutrition
• Stocking the fridge and pantry
• Confident and experienced cooking a variety of different cuisine, with a focus on clean/organic cooking
• Manage expiration dates and replenish
• Make recommendations, suggest healthy options
• Plan weekly menus
• Highly detailed, have excellent food presentation skills
• Maintain a very clean kitchen  

Requirements

• Highly organized, pro-active, ability to self-manage
• Must have a clean and neat appearance
• Graduated culinary arts degree or equivalent
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Have excellent verifiable references
• Must pass a detailed criminal and credit background verification process
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a private chef or have existing private clients.

Benefits:

$40-$50 hourly
