Private Chef needed for a busy family in the Brentwood area of Los Angles

 

The creative chef will be able to manage specific diet plans for family members, have a can-do approach, and be a team player without drama. The family would like someone with long-term intent and will only consider candidates with tenure. As the family are European, having trained in England or Italy would be advantageous.

 

• The role is to support three meals per day and snacks, for a young family of 6, five days a week. The family have not entertained a lot so far, but would appreciate a candidate who can manage a small dinner party and the children’s birthday parties.

 

• Mr. is English and Mrs. is Italian and both principals are presently following a Keto diet. (The principals do not like the same food, so two different meals are prepared) The principal’s daughter generally eats chicken and rice; the twin boys eat simple food like chicken nuggets and fries and the 16-month-old baby eats traditional Italian. (Pasta Bolognese for example)

 

• They have a small edible garden they would like utilized. A farm to table ethos would be appreciated, clean healthy locally sourced food. Utilizing the amazing Santa Monica Farmers market to source seasonal fruit and vegetables.

 

• The ideal chef will be creative, organized, amicable, and able to prepare varied meals.

 

• British trained or a chef who is familiar with Italian cuisine food would be advantageous.

 

• Having an understanding of wine pairing would be desirable.

 

• Local experienced candidates only at this time.

 

Immediate start for skilled candidates.

Salary $100-$140,000
