A busy family of five in Palm Beach is seeking a skilled Private Chef to prepare lunch and dinner three days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on healthy eating, and must be familiar with the high culinary standards expected in Palm Beach. The position is seasonal, with the opportunity for an immediate start now through June of next year and there is a possibility of traveling with the family to the Hamptons for the summers, though this is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lunch and dinner three days a week for a family of five, with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and healthy eating.

• Create meals that cater to the family’s preferences, including fish, meat, soups, and salads, using the freshest ingredients available.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, meeting the family’s expectations for top-tier dining.

• Provide flexibility for occasional dinner parties and special events.

• Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Private Chef, preferably with experience working in high-end homes, five-star resorts, or with celebrity chefs.

• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and healthy cooking.

• Ability to create visually appealing and delicious meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients and have exceptional culinary skills.

• Flexibility to adjust to the family’s schedule and occasional events.

• Ability to pass a detailed criminal background check and drug screening.

• Clean, valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must have outstanding, verifiable references.

Compensation:

• $500 - $600 for three days of work per week.

• Potential opportunity to travel with the family to the Hamptons during the summer, though this is not required.
