Position Overview
IDC is affiliated with a private concierge medical practice in Jacksonville, Florida with other locations nationwide.
We are seeking to engage a second physician to join a well-established premier concierge medical practice at our Jacksonville, Florida location. The facility has had a 20-year successful track record under the guidance of a senior pulmonary and infectious disease specialist/consultant.
The practice focuses on Age-Management, preventive care, and lifestyle medicine for motivated patients who are committed to live longer, healthier, and higher-performing lives. The role requires a medical professional with prior experience providing concierge-level care to high-net-worth individuals.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in a setting that is not dependent on insurance billing. You as a doctor are able to spend real time with each patient --listening, teaching, and guiding-- to develop personalized care plans, and practice evidence-based medicine with a focus on prevention and quality of life.

Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or a related specialty.
- At least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
- Interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
- Comfortable working closely with patients over the long term.
- Open to mentorship and interested in future leadership opportunities.
