Position Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of the client's life, ensuring seamless operations in both personal and professional realms. You will need to be highly organized, proactive, and ready to manage a constantly changing schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals and be prepared for frequent travel. Ideally be Philly based, or familiar with the area. Candidates from surrounding states only at this time. Should have prior experience supporting Executive Assistants, the principal directly and family.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Skilfully manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and personal commitments are efficiently coordinated.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and execute intricate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel. Be prepared to handle last-minute changes and provide support on the go.
- Personal Support: Assist with a variety of personal tasks, including managing household staff, overseeing maintenance of homes in Philadelphia, Nantucket, and Jupiter, and running personal errands as needed. Client also has a Yacht.
- Communication: Act as a gatekeeper, handling all communications with professionalism and discretion. This includes liaising with business associates, family members, and service providers on behalf of the client.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing personal and professional events, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters concerning the client and their family.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.
- Travel Ready: Must have a valid passport and be ready for frequent travel, often on short notice.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of individuals.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various digital tools and applications.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Personal Traits: The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
