Personal Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: Los Angeles (Crystal Cove, 92657) & Dana Point, CA

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 DOE + Full Benefits (100% coverage) + Year-End Bonus

Schedule: Full-time, Monday throught Friday, with flexibility to work from home 2–3 days per week.


Overview

A wonderful busy family is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Personal Assistant to manage a blend of professional, family, and lifestyle priorities. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled PA who wishes to grow into a more senior management-level role over time, assuming greater operational and leadership responsibilities within the household and business environment.

The role requires exceptional organization, loyalty, and discretion, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile, and family-oriented setting. The successful candidate will be proactive, emotionally intelligent, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing 2–3 work-from-home days per week when the principal is traveling or does not require in-person support.

Administrative Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, attending meetings, taking detailed notes, and following up on all action items.

  • Collaborate with international brands, legal teams, and business partners on projects involving branding and licensing of the family name and image.

  • Provide strategic input and act as a sounding board to the principal on key decisions and initiatives.

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones for professional and family commitments.

  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Take ownership of projects and execute them with autonomy and precision.

Travel Coordination

  • Plan and execute domestic and international travel for the principal and family, including passports, visas, detailed itineraries, and logistics.

  • Coordinate with concierge and travel services to ensure seamless experiences.

  • Occasionally travel in advance to confirm accommodations and prepare destinations as needed.

Personal & Family Support

  • Manage school schedules, medical appointments, and applications for three children (ranging from elementary to college prep).

  • Organize children’s travel, extracurricular activities, and family celebrations or events.

  • Maintain confidentiality while balancing multiple priorities with sensitivity and warmth.

Household & Vendor Management

  • Oversee household operations across multiple properties, including supervision of domestic staff (housekeepers, vendors, contractors).

  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance, deliveries, and services.

  • Assist with household events and gatherings, ensuring the highest level of presentation and discretion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5 + years in a similar personal assistant role supporting UHNW families or principals.

  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, document management, and communication. 

  • Press & Public Image: Familiarity working with stylists, publicists, and members of the press is highly advantageous.
  • Personality: Professional, warm, discreet, loyal, and emotionally intelligent, with excellent judgment and common sense.

  • Travel Savvy: Experience coordinating complex international and domestic travel.

  • Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Los Angeles and Orange County vendors, restaurants, and resources.

  • Additional: Paralegal or legal coordination experience is a plus; understanding of UHNW household structure and security protocols preferred.
