Personal Assistant
A San Francisco-based tech family who resides between their Pacific Heights residence and their Beverly Hills residence is looking for a personal assistant to support their fast-paced, ever-changing lifestyle. The role will be based primarily in Beverly Hills but will require frequent travel with the family to their other properties internationally.
The role will support:
- restaurant reservations
- the management of RSVPs
- booking travel accommodations, flights
- plan dinner parties
- act as a gatekeeper between service personnel and the principals
- liaise on behalf of the client
- schedule vehicle maintenance
- manage calendars
Must be comfortable with all aspects of technology, utilizing management apps to include:
- Smart Home with remote access
- Home security
- Detailed security for the family, Gavin De Becker
- Updating passcodes
- Troubleshooting devices
- Ability to sync calendars
- Using Apple and Microsoft software will be essential in this role
- Must have an eye for detail
- The ability to self-manage and take initiative is important
Our clients are looking for a respectful, polite, and friendly personal assistant with a proven track record and excellent references.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and should have at least 10 years of experience in a similar environment.

The schedule requires extreme flexibility.
Salary will range from $90,000 to $120,000 annually with benefits, depending on availability.
