Personal Assistant – Creative / Digital-Forward Household

Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Flexibility Required: Occasional evenings or weekends for events
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 DOE
Benefits:

  • Two (2) weeks paid vacation

A lovely, young, and modern family in Costa Mesa is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and socially connected Personal Assistant to support their dynamic household and growing digital presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a creative, organized-chaos, bohemian-inspired environment and enjoys supporting a high-energy, influencer-led lifestyle. The principals are trend-forward, busy, and deeply engaged in content creation, events, and family life.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist with content organization and execution for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms

  • Support posting schedules, coordination with editors/creatives, and general digital workflow

  • Help maintain a consistent and polished online presence aligned with the family’s brand

Personal & Household Assistance

  • Heavy calendar management for both principals

  • Assist with bill pay, tracking invoices, and ensuring timely payments and returns

  • Manage gifting (birthdays, holidays, brand relationships, and events)

  • Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and reservations

  • Support event planning and execution (social gatherings, brand events, and family functions)

Administrative & Lifestyle Management

  • Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups

  • Serve as a trusted right hand to keep daily life running smoothly

  • Liaise with vendors, creatives, and external partners as needed

  • Collaborate seamlessly with existing household staff (housekeeper in place)
