Executive/Personal Assistant

A highly experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant with proven tenure is needed for a UHNW principals based in Los Angeles, CA. This newly married, young couple travel often and need support managing their busy and active lifestyle. Candidates with a prior history of working in interior design/having a sense of esthetics/eye for detail would be highly desirable skill. 

This is wonderful, respectful family who appreciates hard work, and seeks a candidate who is looking for a long-term commitment. 

The expectations of the personal assistant include:

  • Running errands travel as a companion with the principal
  • Sit in on meetings and take minute notes
  • Tracking and receiving deliveries between multiple households
  • Managing multiple calendars, meetings, and appointment reminders for the principal and her family and guests
  • Ordering lunch/dinner/invites & RSVPs, coordination of planes, domestic staff with clear communication with corporate offices globally
  • Detailed itineraries, and travel logistics, to include booking flights, charters, and restaurant reservations domestically and internationally
  • Ensuring secondary residences and vacation homes are prepared for the principal's arrival and updating all staff of preference changes
  • At time supporting personal shopping, gifting, tracking of RSVP's, packing and unpacking for travel, management of all passports/visas for the principal and her direct family 
  • Correspondence on behalf of the principal with contractors, staff, business associates, etc. 
  • Confident in the use of/ and updates to all computers, mobile devices, apps, documentation of codes/passwords etc. 
  • The ideal candidate will be highly tech-savvy
  • Must be physically in good shape, have an air of confidence and can represent our client in meetings
  • Prior experience with stylists, working with and scheduling interior designers on a national and international level would be advantageous
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) would be advantageous.
  • Must be highly detailed, have a 24/7 work ethic, and enjoy a fast-paced respectful work environmentPrior experience working with security and secret service welcomed
  • Excellent driving skills
  • Must be travel ready at a moment's notice
  • Must pass a criminal background and MVR check
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • A valid passport and driver's license
