Location: Branson, MO
Position: Special Needs Caregiver & Personal Assistant, with travel 
Compensation: Competitive salary, $100k to $120k, medical coverage, private accommodations, and travel opportunities

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and capable LPN or RN (or an experienced medical professional) who can also assist with personal assistant responsibilities. This is a live-in position with a private bedroom and bath in a spacious home. Our client is young philanthropic young man, who seeks a youthful minded, fun caregiver to travel with him, explore the world as a companion. He is pollite, respectful and would welcome a compassionate open minded caregiver. 

Our client has been in the real estate business/property development business and very successful. 

Our client is a high-functioning quadriplegic (paralyzed from the chest down) who is independent in many aspects of daily life. He is 33 years old, mobile with assistance, 5’9”, 125 lbs, and drives. He has been a paraplegic for 12 years and leads an active lifestyle, including frequent travel. While self-sufficient in many ways, he requires help with specific medical tasks and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Assistance:

  • Bowel program support (every other day)
  • Indwelling catheter management (once weekly)
  • Minor assistance with showering and grooming
  • Stretching and exercise support

Household & Personal Assistance:

  • Laundry and light cleaning
  • Running errands
  • Long-distance transport and travel companionship

Administrative & Medical Coordination (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Scheduling and managing healthcare appointments
  • Researching top medical professionals/programs
  • Assisting with organization and executive tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • LPN, RN, or experienced medical professional
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable assisting with medical and personal tasks
  • Able to travel on short notice
  • Open to a long-term arrangement
  • Kind, empathetic, and trustworthy

Living Arrangements (For Live-In Candidates):

  • Private bedroom and adjacent bath (eventually upgraded to a primary suite with an ensuite)
  • Separate living room, outdoor patio, and private entrance
  • Shared kitchen and main living area

Schedule is open for the right single individual, lots of flexibility. Additional support to cover days off will be implemented.
