Nanny/Companion for 14-year-old young lady
A lovely family in Pennsylvania (19312) is looking to hire a nanny/companion for their autistic daughter.
The family are looking for a compassionate applicant to care for their quiet, well-behaved 14-year-old. The family would like to find someone who has excellent time management skills and can keep their daughter on schedule as much as possible, since a routine is very important for children with autism.
While the family has five children (three of whom are grown and left the home), the sole purpose of this position to watch over the daughter like a chaperone.
The family have homes around the US and would appreciate a kind-hearted, educated nanny/companion who is tech savvy, has manners, and is able to travel with the family on trips to Florida, Colorado or on the family’s yacht.
The ideal lady will assist with all aspects of their daughters’ daily functions, ensuring the daughter is safe and has what she needs; be it school, sporting activities or family vacations.
The home is fully staffed, and the ideal candidate must get on well with the other staff and be a team player. There is no room for ego or drama in this kind, respectful family’s home. Prior experience working with autistic children highly desired, but not essential.
The family are open to providing housing
Salary, $85,000 to $110,000
