A warm and welcoming family in Sunny Isles, FL is seeking a nurturing, responsible, and engaging full-time Nanny to care for their kind and well-mannered 8-year-old daughter. This is a childcare-focused role, ideal for a candidate who thrives in a family-centered environment and loves supporting the developmental and emotional needs of school-age children.
The family recently relocated to Florida from the South and is looking for a nanny who can provide stability, routine, and thoughtful guidance as they settle into their new home.
Both parents are busy medical professionals who primarily work from home and value a calm, respectful, and positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Routine Support:

Morning care and school drop-off (car provided or mileage reimbursed)

After-school pickup, supervision, and engagement in age-appropriate activities

Help with homework and educational enrichment

Plan and participate in outings, playdates, and extracurricular activities

Prepare simple snacks and meals for the child

Help with bath and bedtime routine, if needed

Provide structure, emotional support, and guidance throughout the day
School & Activity Coordination:

Maintain the child’s daily schedule and school calendar

Ensure school items and activity bags are packed and organized

Communicate with teachers or program leaders as needed

Requirements

3+ years of recent experience as a full-time nanny
- Must be able to swim

Strong references from previous long-term positions

Legal to work in the U.S.
