Opportunity for Long-Term Growth | Live-Out Position
A loving and organized family in the 94957 area is seeking a weekend part-time nanny to support their four children, all under the age of 8. The family places a strong emphasis on structure, consistency, and boundaries, and their children thrive on routine. The youngest is cared for by a dedicated newborn nanny, so your primary focus will be on the older three.
This is a live-out position, and the family is looking for someone with long-term intent, ideally growing into a full-time role for the right fit.
Schedule:
- Primary hours: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Flexibility is appreciated, and occasional weekday coverage may be requested
Duties include:
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate, enriching activities
- Creating a safe, structured, and fun environment
- Children’s laundry and tidying of their rooms/play areas
- Meal preparation for the children (all vegan meals)
- Supporting household routines and setting clear, respectful boundaries
Ideal Candidate:
- Brings positive energy and a sense of fun
- Understands how to balance structure with creativity
- Experienced with multiple children and confident managing a busy household
- Vegan-friendly or willing to follow a plant-based approach for meals
- Seeks a long-term commitment and potential to grow into a full-time role
