PT Nanny (Manhattan Based)— $140–170K + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and professional New York-based Nanny to support a wonderful family with a seven-year-old son, while also occasionally overseeing two teenage daughters. This position is live-out in Manhattan New York. 

The family splits their time between New York (approximately 30–40%) and Southern California. The family is informal and approachable but maintains a busy professional lifestyle. This role requires a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a kind, polite, and active 7-year-old boy

  • Foster creative, outdoor, and enriching experiences

  • Monitor interactions with teenage siblings and encourage respectful relationships

  • Manage the child’s daily schedule, after-school activities, and travel calendar

  • Ensure all travel documentation is current and handle logistics for domestic and international trips

  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and household team to ensure consistency and structure

  • Assist with meals, packing/unpacking, and wardrobe coordination for travel

  • Maintain a 24/7 mindset, with a primary Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend coverage in New York

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced working with high-profile or A-list families

  • Demonstrates longevity in past roles with glowing, verifiable references

  • Understands discretion, security protocols, and working within large household teams

  • Confident and communicative, with the ability to take initiative and lead in all aspects of the child’s care

  • Flexible, calm under pressure, and team-oriented

  • Comfortable with animals and able to adapt to evolving routines

  • Excellent knowledge of New York and surrounding areas; well-networked and resourceful

  • Must have outstanding references and tenure to apply. 

  • Tech-savvy and highly organized, with strong communication and scheduling skills (group chats, email, calendar management)

Additional Details:

  • Live-out in NYC

  • Salary range: $140,000–$170,000 DOE

  • Full benefits package

  • PT Hours, 20-30 hrs per week (20hrs. guranteed)
