A lovely family of three is looking for a skilled, educated nanny to live-in their home in Milton, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the care of a sweet 7-month-old baby girl.

The lady of the house is in her early forties, a type ‘A’ personality, very down-to-earth, hands-on and wants to find someone she can relate to, trust her baby with, and process through the experience of being a new mother. The ideal candidate will be someone who is willing to lend a hand and be part of a team.

Due to COVID, extreme flexibility is required. Seven days a week coverage is required for the first three months. The day would start at 8 am and finish at 8 pm, allowing for a 3-4-hour break during the day while the baby sleeps and averaging about 55-56 hours per week.

A private room with a king bed, private bath, food, and internet connectivity will be provided. 

The family asks that the candidate be willing to limit their interaction with the outside world for at least three months or until such time that a vaccine is readily available to treat the COVID virus.

 

Expectations:

  • A live-in nanny for a minimum of three months, with a long-term goal. 
  • Initial trial commitment start date of, Dec 27th, 2020, through March 1st, 2021.
  • After COVID, the nanny could possibly live-out and have a standard two days off. 
  • The hours are 8 am to 8 pm with a break when the baby is sleeping, normally 3-4 hours a day.
  • 1 King bed, private bathroom, food provided.
  • The lady of the house is a first-time mother and would like to engage a lady who has early childcare training.
  • Travel with the family is expected and appreciated.
  • Support with the baby’s laundry, food prep, and packing/unpacking are all within the parameters of the position.
  • The candidate should have a clear command of English both written and verbal.
  • Having the ability to text and e-mail clearly is necessary.
  • Ideally, our client would like to find someone who is college educated or at a minimum possess a background in early childcare development.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable being around a dog. 
  • A clear understanding of COVID, the protocol and necessary steps to prevent contamination is necessary.
  • The nanny should be comfortable commuting with the family between Jupiter, FL, and NJ. Additionally, the family travel to Aspen and other location under normal pre-COVID-19 circumstances. Support when traveling is expected, all expenses are covered when traveling. 
  • The family has a full-time housekeeper in place.
  • Must understand privacy and confidentiality. 

 

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of previous verifiable experience working as a nanny. The right candidate will have a long-term commitment in mind to apply.
