A wonderful young family currently in Los Angeles is moving to Key Biscayne, Florida in early 2024. The family is from Ukrain and would love a nanny who shares similar cultural values and/or can understand and speak the language.
We are seeking an experienced nanny who is used to caring for small children, someone with newborn expereince.
Our clients are seeking to hire a full-time live-out nanny to care for their newborn child, who is two months old. The little girl is a perfect baby, who requires little attention, but the busy parents need that extra help. The new mom wants to do it her way and not be smothered with constant direction. They are looking for a nanny with experience and a filter, someone who can let mom be a mom without hovering. The parents are informal, young, and have their way of doing things.
This is an all-encompassing role where the nanny will be responsible for all aspects of childcare—assisting the family with packing, unpacking, simple meal preparation, home organization, ordering online, running errands, calendar management, and communicating clearly in English with the family PA. Must have excellent communication skills, and have a practical hands-on approach.
The family will live primarily in Key Biscayne, Miami and travel frequently worldwide. All expenses will be covered when traveling outside of Florida. Should the family find the ideal candidate, they are more than willing to assist with relocating the candidate to California initially, until they officially move to Florida in early January, 2024.
The ideal candidate will be well educated, well-traveled, polite, understand security, understand parameters, and have a hands-on approach to supporting the young family. They want to find a nanny who is without ego, humble, and willing to advise mom of any medical dangers or milestones as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent tenure, a clean background, and the ability to travel to California, London, and France for extended periods. All expenses are covered when traveling outside of Florida, or the US.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, a team player who can drop everything and hop on a private plane at a moment's notice.
The ideal candidate will also be used to working in ultra-high-net-worth environments and understand the protocol and expectations of an ultra-high net-worth family. One of the principals is not from the US and is more informal/direct, and one is from an ultra-high net world, understands the level of service available, and is willing to pay for that outstanding candidate.The family would really like to meet a candidate who speaks basic Ukrainian, or Russian.

- Candidates must pass a detailed criminal background check.
- Must pass a detailed national and international criminal background check, and have an immaculate driving record.
- Candidates must have outstanding verifiable references.
- The family wants to find local candidates in Miami before expanding their search.
Industry-standard benefits, salary of $90K to $140,000K depending on experience.
Standard 40–50-hour week, generally Monday to Friday, with flexibility.
2 Weeks Paid Vacation
