A busy couple with 4-year-old little boy are looking for a local candidate or possibly a candidate from a neighboring state who has extreme flexibility to care for their son.

Mom is a physician and the father works in a real-estate development. They both have erratic schedules and need someone who can be there when things change quickly to watch their son.

The sole purpose of the nanny is to care for the 4-year-old little boy

Responsibilities:

• The nanny must be able to drive, and willing to use their own car or be willing to use a family vehicle. The family will be reimbursed for mileage.
• Highly flexible with the schedule. This is a unique situation as mom may and has been called to work at the hospital for emergencies and the family may need immediate coverage.
• The role is 100 % childcare with activities related to childcare.
• The parents want to have someone who has a proactive positive parenting method of training their child.
• A bi-lingual candidate would be preferred as the father of the child speaks fluent French and the mom speaks Spanish fluently.
• Must be vaccinated.
• Basic meals preparation, feeding their son exclusively.
• Maintain the play room, his closet and keep the areas in the home organized.
• Assist with calendar management.
• Make sure that their son attends afterschool programs, doctor’s appointment, dental etc.
• Manage play dates.
• Some travel domestically. (This is not a requirement)
• There are no pets.

Only candidates who are organized, experienced and have high standards of hygiene will be considered.

• Must pass a details criminal background check.
• Must have at a minimum 5 years of previous experience.
• Must have verifiable employment references.

 

Hours:

Flexible, but averaging 35-40

Benefits:

Salary $25 to $30 hourly ($1,000 - $1,500 weekly) D/O/E

Possible Medical Contribution

Possible live-in (Private room and bath)
