Job Title: Nanny (Rotational)

Location: Dallas Highland Park, TX (with travel)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 D/O/E (live out)

Job Type: Full-time, rotational (two weeks on, two weeks off)

Our clients are a young family residing in Highland Park, Dallas. They are originally from the Midwest, seeking experienced and mature nannies to care for their newborn baby girl. They value practicality, kindness, and friendliness, and are looking for nannies who can seamlessly blend into their family dynamics. Their lifestyle includes occasional travel to their other homes across the United States and internationally, so flexibility and adaptability are crucial traits for our ideal candidates. Both parents work and are busy professionals. Mom is very hand-on and cherishes the time with her daughter. The ideal candidate will understand parameters and have the experience to know when to leave the room and give the family time together. The family has had an NSC since the baby was born, and now ready to engage an experienced nanny. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for their newborn baby girl, ensuring her safety, well-being, and development.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to the child's growth and development.
• Collaborate with other nanny (rotational) to ensure continuity of care during rotational shifts.
• Maintain the baby's daily schedule, including feeding, nap times, and developmental activities.
• Accompany the family on travel expeditions, both domestically and internationally, and provide childcare support during trips.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the child, such as laundry, cleaning bottles, prepare baby formula, assist with packing and unpacking -creating detailed check lists, and organizing nursery spaces daily.
• Communicate effectively with the parents regarding the child's progress, needs, and any concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working as a nanny, particularly with newborns and infants.
• Mature and professional demeanor with a genuine love for children.
• Flexibility to work on a rotational basis, two weeks on and two weeks off.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the year, including domestic and international trips.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Understanding of formal and informal settings, with the ability to adapt accordingly.
• Previous experience working in Dallas or a strong connection to the area preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification for infants and children (or willingness to obtain).
• Non-smokers with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must have a clear command of English, both verbal and written.
• Should be tech-savvy and well-traveled.
