Nanny- PLACED
A lovely, busy family in North Lake Tahoe, Nevada, is in need of a wonderful, high-energy nanny to support them full-time. The family consists of the two parents, a school-aged child and an infant. Both parents work from home. The ideal nanny will need little-to-no direction and naturally take initiative throughout the day, occupying the children while their parents work.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the older child to and from school
- Take the children to activities, outings, etc.
- Willingness to drive the family to and from the airport on occasion
- Light housekeeping, tidying the children’s areas and cleaning up after the children
- Simple meal preparation and snack preparation
- Occasional weekend and overnight childcare
- Packing and unpacking the children for travel
- Wardrobe management
- Hygiene care
- Inventory the children’s items, ensuring their supplies are always well-stocked
- Running errands, shopping, online ordering
The family is active, often playing tennis, hiking, etc. The perfect nanny will enjoy outdoor activities, engage in activities with the children, and be willing to accompany the family on outings. Interest in physical fitness would be advantageous.
The family may need the nanny to accompany them on occasional travels. A valid passport is preferred.
Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-50 hours per week. Occasional weekends and overnights may be required
- Salary: $40-$50 per hour with benefits
- Housing stipend and relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate
- An excellent driving record is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Availability for an April start date
- 5 years of experience in a related role
