A warm international family residing within the gated community of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Dorado, Puerto Rico is seeking a highly experienced Live-In Nanny / Child Specialist to provide exceptional care for their 4-month-old baby girl. The mother is Romanian and the father is American; both parents are business owners who maintain an organized, respectful household supported by an established team.

This is a long-term opportunity within a safe, beautiful community, ideal for outdoor walks and age-appropriate activities with the child. The role is best suited for a calm, attentive professional who values collaboration, consistency, and child-focused development.

Family & Household Environment

  • Private residence in a secure, luxury gated community

  • Fully staffed household including three interior support staff and one personal assistant

  • Structured yet warm environment with clear communication and teamwork

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full daily care for a 4-month-old infant, including feeding, changing, developmental play, and sleep routines

  • Support developmental milestones and maintain engagement through age-appropriate activities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baby’s room and belongings

  • Introduce solid foods at the appropriate stage

  • Organize the baby’s wardrobe and assist with baby-related shopping as needed

  • Maintain a daily log of the baby’s routines and progress

  • Accompany the family on occasional travel as the child grows

  • Communicate clearly with parents regarding updates and schedules

  • Work cooperatively with existing household staff

Additional Support Tasks (as time allows):

  • Light dish loading/unloading

  • Baby laundry and ironing

No cooking required.

Schedule & Living Arrangements

  • Private live-in accommodations provided

  • All meals and daily necessities included

  • Typically one to two days off per week

  • Flexibility appreciated depending on the baby’s needs

  • Occasional free hours during the day when appropriate

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced infant nanny or child specialist with strong newborn knowledge

  • Kind, attentive, organized, and respectful of family preferences

  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt to the household dynamic

  • Comfortable working within a staffed home environment

  • English fluency required; **Romanian speakers strongly preferred**

  • Non-smoker, no drinking while on duty

  • Must love animals (family has rescued cats)

  • Open to international candidates with strong professional training

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
