Full-Time ROTA Nanny (Manhattan based)
A warm and dynamic family is seeking a seasoned and professional ROTA Nanny to care primarily for their seven-year-old son, while providing occasional oversight for two teenage daughters. This is a rotational role, working 2 weeks on, followed by 2 weeks off, requiring full-time availability during on-duty weeks. (ROTA weeks in talks of possible 3 weeks TBD)
The position is based in Manhattan (live-out) when the family is in New York, with ocassional travel as needed. The ideal candidate must be within a 30 minute communte to the upper east side. Additionally, the candidate must be grounded, flexible, and able to support a fast-paced, professional household with grace and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a bright and active seven-year-old boy

Offer occasional support and supervision for two independent teenage daughters

Manage daily routines including school pickups/drop-offs, homework, meals, and extracurriculars

Travel with the family domestically and internationally, packing and planning accordingly

Maintain clear communication with parents and collaborate with other household staff

Foster a warm, nurturing, and respectful environment while upholding household expectations
Compensation:
- $140,000 - $165,000
Qualifications:

5+ years of professional nanny experience, ideally in high-profile or rotational roles

NYC-based and comfortable with a live-out setup when in Manhattan

Experienced traveler—must be passport-ready and flexible with schedules

Confident, polished, and emotionally intelligent

Discreet, dependable, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
