Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM (flexibility required for evenings and weekends)
Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 annually

Travel: Must be able to travel for several weeks at a time, including most summer months

A warm, active, and highly involved family is seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing nanny to support their household primarily in Palm Beaches, FL, with seasonal summer travel to the North Shore suburbs of Chicago, IL. The parents are hands-on and deeply committed to fostering a calm, safe, and enriching environment for their children. Their home is organized, peaceful, and structured, and they are looking for a nanny who thrives in a respectful, collaborative, and team-oriented setting. Role & Responsibilities
The nanny will provide attentive, loving, and developmentally informed care for infants and young children, supporting daily routines such as feeding, diapering, naps, and sleep schedules. Responsibilities include planning and leading age-appropriate educational and engaging activities, organizing outings such as library visits, story time, parks, nature walks, and enrichment experiences, and maintaining a consistently safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Additional responsibilities include child-related laundry and dishes, keeping children’s spaces and common areas tidy, running errands and grocery shopping as needed, and providing general household support related to the children. The nanny will travel with the family for extended periods, including throughout the summer to Chicago, and must communicate clearly and professionally with parents while working seamlessly alongside other household staff.
Qualifications
• Proven professional nanny experience in high-level private households
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, safe transportation
• Strong swimmer; comfortable with pools and proximity to water
• Educated, articulate, and knowledgeable in early childhood development
• Warm, patient, energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent safety awareness with the ability to remain calm in all situations
• Reliable, trustworthy, and consistent
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with household staff
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and family needs
Schedule & Flexibility
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Flexibility is required for occasional evenings, weekends, and schedule adjustments based on the family’s needs.
