Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: Approx -$70k to $80k a year or $35 to $40 an hour with medical stipend, 2 weeks paid vacation/1 week paid sick leave – DOE

A wonderful family in Orange Park (Jacksonville, Florida) is seeking a loving, experienced Nanny to care for their one-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and deeply attentive — someone who takes pride in supporting a child’s growth, development, and daily routine with genuine care.
The family are originally from South Carolina, where manners, respect, and kindness are important values. Both parents are attorneys who run their own law firm, and they are described as kind, compassionate, and completely devoted to their little girl.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, attentive care to a one-year-old girl
• Focus on education and developmental learning through play and interactive activities
• Support milestone development (gross/fine motor, speech, social engagement)
• Assist with sleep training and potty training
• Maintain a structured daily schedule
• Prepare healthy snacks and light meals (a plus if the candidate enjoys cooking)
• Assist with daily household tasks — light tidying, shopping, watering plants, managing porch deliveries/packages
• Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience with infants and toddlers
• Knowledge of sleep training and potty training
• Ability to identify and encourage developmental milestones
• Infant and Child First Aid/CPR Certification (required)
• Strong swimmer (required)
• Comfortable around two friendly Corgis
• Valid passport or willingness to obtain one (for family travel)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Sign Language skills a strong plus
• Warm, proactive, and highly reliable personality
