Full-Time Nanny – Midtown, Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour
Our clients, a warm and welcoming family located in Midtown Atlanta, are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and energetic full-time nanny to provide attentive care for their 16-month-old son. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, engaging, and proactive—someone who delights in helping a young child learn, play, and thrive in a nurturing and safe environment.
Responsibilities

Provide attentive, loving care for a 16-month-old child throughout the day

Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental and educational activities

Encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning through play, reading, and exploration

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child

Maintain a clean, organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime

Support the child’s emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement and structure

Assist with light household duties related to childcare (laundry, toy organization, meal prep)

Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding daily routines, milestones, and updates
Schedule

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Flexibility may be requested on occasion
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $52,000–$62,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare or nanny experience, preferably in a private home setting

Background in early childhood education, Montessori, or Waldorf teaching methods preferred
-
Energetic, creative, and patient demeanor

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Excellent, verifiable professional references

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
