Opportunity for Long-Term Growth | Live-Out Position

A loving and organized family in the 94957 area is seeking a full-time nanny to support their four children, all under the age of 8. The family places a strong emphasis on structure, consistency, and boundaries, and their children thrive on routine. The youngest is cared for by a dedicated newborn nanny, so your primary focus will be on the older three.

This is a live-out position, and the family is looking for someone with long-term intent.

Schedule:

• 7 days a week

Duties include:

• Engaging the children in age-appropriate, enriching activities
• Creating a safe, structured, and fun environment
• Children’s laundry and tidying of their rooms/play areas
• Meal preparation for the children (all vegan meals)
• Supporting household routines and setting clear, respectful boundaries

Ideal Candidate:

• Brings positive energy and a sense of fun
• Understands how to balance structure with creativity
• Experienced with multiple children and confident managing a busy household
• Vegan-friendly or willing to follow a plant-based approach for meals
• Seeks a long-term commitment and potential to grow into a full-time role
