Position Overview
An energetic, and fast-paced family in Tampa is seeking an experienced Full-Time Nanny to support the care and development of three young children, ages 4, 3, and 1. There are other nannies in place.
The mother is highly involved, direct, hands-on, and collaborative. She values independence, critical thinking, respect, and age-appropriate responsibility and is intentional in how her children are being raised. This is an active household that appreciates a nanny who is confident, proactive, and able to keep pace while maintaining structure, heavy schedules and flexability.
Schedule

5 days per week, with flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments

Core daytime hours with potential early mornings, evenings, or extended days as needed

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for all three children

Encourage independence, critical thinking, and respectful behavior

Engage children in interactive, educational, and imaginative play

Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, hygiene, and bedtime

Support potty training and age-appropriate sleep routines

Maintain children’s spaces, including bedrooms, playrooms, and closets

Partner closely with the mother and household team

Maintain consistency, structure, and positive boundaries

Support outings, activities, and occasional travel as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience with similar age groups
-
Energetic, emotionally intuitive, and calm under pressure

Comfortable working with a very hands-on parent

Strong understanding of early childhood development

Organized, respectful, and proactive

Excellent communication skills

Local Tampa-based candidates preferred; exceptional candidates open to relocation may be considered

Background in education, Montessori, or early childhood development is a plus
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120k to $130k DOE
