Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Approx. 35 hours/week | Occasional weekends | Spanish fluency required

A warm, welcoming family with Midwest roots—originally from Memphis and now living in beautiful Condado, Puerto Rico—is seeking a nurturing, reliable Nanny to care for their two young daughters. Both girls attend a private school just a block from the family’s apartment during the weekdays, so this role involves a mix of childcare, light household support, and companionship in the afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with morning and afternoon care routines

• School drop-off and pick-up (walking distance; driving preferred but not required)

• Supervise and engage the children after school

• Swim with the children (must be a confident swimmer)

• Prepare healthy snacks and simple family-style dinners (e.g., salad, grilled chicken)

• Light household support: basic laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping (no heavy cleaning)

• Maintain a clean and organized play and living space

• Occasional weekend support (as needed, with notice)

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Spanish

• Warm, down-to-earth, and easygoing

• Enjoys working with young children in a calm, relaxed environment

• Able to swim comfortably and supervise children in the water

• Responsible, dependable, and proactive with household tasks

• Valid driver’s license a plus (vehicle available for use)

Household Notes:

• No pets

• Very laid-back, respectful family culture

• Small apartment setting; no heavy housekeeping expected

• Position starts ASAP or when the right person is found
