Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for a 2.5-year-old child.
- Support ongoing developmental milestones, including prior experience with potty training and early childhood education.
- Bring extensive infant care experience, with the ability to support future childcare needs as the family grows.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and exploration.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child and assist with light cooking as needed.
- Run household errands related to the family's needs.
- Maintain the child's areas, toys, clothing, and supplies in an organized and tidy manner.
- Travel domestically and internationally with the family, ensuring seamless childcare while away from home.
- Collaborate professionally with parents and other household staff to provide consistent and exceptional support.
- Adapt to occasional schedule changes and weekend coverage when requested.
Qualifications
- Significant prior experience working as a private Nanny with ultra-high-net-worth families.
- Demonstrated experience with potty training and infant care is required.
- Professional, discreet, and emotionally mature with excellent judgment.
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized with a team-oriented mindset.
- Low ego, adaptable, and willing to pitch in where needed while respecting established boundaries.
- Comfortable traveling internationally and maintaining flexibility in schedule.
- Strong references with a proven history of longevity in previous positions.
- Valid driver's license and clean background preferred.
