Primary Location: Puerto Rico (with travel to Houston, TX, and other global destinations)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (40–50 hours per week; flexibility required)
Compensation: $130,000–$180,000 annually DOE, plus housing and full benefits
Overview
A young, dynamic family with primary residence in Puerto Rico and extended time spent in Houston is seeking an experienced, mature professional Infant Nanny to provide nurturing, hands-on care for their three-month-old son. The position offers an exceptional long-term opportunity to grow with a globally minded household that values warmth, consistency, and discretion. The family have changed their parameters. The family would welcome candidates from Texas, Puerto Rico, England or Irish candidates ONLY at this time. (All candidates must be legal to work in the US to apply)
Both parents—business professionals within the UHNW community—lead an approachable, family-centered lifestyle and appreciate a nanny who is poised, polished, and emotionally intelligent. The ideal candidate will bring quiet confidence, the ability to “read the room,” and a natural ease in knowing when to step in or step back.
Candidates must hold an active U.S. passport and demonstrate flexibility for frequent international travel to destinations such as Europe, Africa, and the U.S. mainland. A conversational level of Spanish is preferred. Those based in Texas or with cultural ties to the region are strongly encouraged to apply. Off- site housing offered at each location, full benefits.
Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, full-time infant care, including feeding, bathing, nap routines, and sleep training.

Support developmental milestones through stimulating, age-appropriate activities.

Maintain an organized nursery—laundry, wardrobe management, and replenishment of supplies.

Prepare nutritious meals and purees as the baby transitions to solids.

Manage travel logistics, packing, and essentials for both domestic and international trips.

Confidently accompany the family on planes, yachts, and helicopters.

Participate in varied environments—from skiing holidays to glamping or safari experiences.

Handle light child-related household duties and occasional errands.

Maintain open, clear communication with parents, providing updates and progress reports.

Manage baby’s calendar, document routines, and track milestones with precision.
Candidate Requirements
Experience & Background

Minimum 5 years of long-term experience with one family (required to apply).

Strong foundation in infant care, sleep training, and developmental support.

Experience working in UHNW or high-profile households preferred.

Authorized to work in the U.S.; must hold an active U.S. passport (dual passport highly advantageous).

Excellent English communication skills; Spanish fluency or conversational ability strongly preferred.

Current Infant CPR and First Aid certification required.

Clean background check and stellar verifiable references.

Tech-savvy with experience maintaining digital logs, feeding and sleep schedules, and baby documentation.
