Bilingual Spanish Speaking Nanny
Our client in St. Louis, MO, desires a Spanish speaking nanny to join their team. The family has 2 children, a 4-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy. The children are in school, but the parents want to give them additional educational support at home. The family lives in a 16,000 sq. ft. home that is staffed. They also already have a nanny in place. This position will work as a team with the other nanny, working in a staggered schedule to ensure the children have care covered 7 days per week.
The nanny must be educationally inclined with past tutor or teaching experience and speak Spanish and English fluently. The nanny may work in tandem with the existing nanny on Thursdays.
Duties include:
- Driving the children to and from school
- Planning and accompanying the children to activities
- Manage the children’s calendars, appointments, etc.
- Travel with the family extensively during holidays and vacations
- Assist with travel logistics if needed
- Pack and unpack for Travel
- Wardrobe maintenance- laundry, ironing, dry cleaning, closet management
- Ordering supplies and inventory for the children
- Occasional errands and shopping
- Home organization pertaining to the children's areas
- Light meal and snack prep
- Empty trash receptacles
- Must be a team player
This position requires flexibility and the ability to work through the children’s holiday breaks from school. The candidate must have an up-to-date US passport and valid driver’s license.
This is a live-out position with a housing stipend.
Details:
- Schedule: Four 12-hour shifts, Thursday through Sunday, with possible overlap on Thursday with the existing nanny; up to 50 hours a week.
- Salary: $80,000 to $100,000
- A housing allowance may be provided
