A wonderful young family with a home in Notting Hill, London, is seeking to hire a PA/EA with management abilities. The family is of a US/Ukrainian background and would love an EA/PA with similar cultural values. The perfect candidate will have at least five years of experience as a disciplined and forward-thinking private PA/EA working for a fast-paced UHNW or VIP family.

**Conversational Russian or Ukrainian is required

** Must be a resident of the UK or possess a work visa in the UK to apply. No sponsorship 

We seek someone with longevity in prior positions, good knowledge of Miami ideally, and experience coordinating multiple agendas and activities; polite, respectful, and without drama.  

The candidate must be able to create detailed itineraries, think outside the box, and have a 24/7 mindset. This wonderful, respectful family appreciates hard work and is seeking a candidate looking for a long-term commitment.

Ideally, have an established network in the London area and must be resourceful. 

Lifestyle management is a significant portion of this role; you must be flexible regarding your working schedule.

The expectations of the personal assistant include:

  • Running errands
  • Travel as companion with the principal; must be passport-ready
  • Sit in on meetings and take clear and concise notes.
  • Tracking and receiving deliveries between multiple households
  • Managing multiple calendars, meetings, and appointment reminders for the principal and her family and guests
  • Ordering lunch/dinner/invites & RSVPs, coordination of planes, domestic staff with clear communication with corporate offices globally
  • Detailed itineraries and travel logistics, including booking flights, charters, restaurant reservations, and domestic and international travel
  • Ensuring secondary residences and vacation homes are prepared for the principal's arrival and updating all staff of preference changes
  • Supporting personal shopping, gifting, tracking of RSVPs, packing and unpacking for travel, management of all passports/visas for the principal and their direct family 
  • Correspondence on behalf of the principal with contractors, staff, business associates, etc. 
  • Confident in the use of/ and updates to all computers, mobile devices, apps, documentation of codes/passwords, etc. 
  • The ideal candidate will be highly tech-savvy.
  • Must be physically in good shape, have an air of confidence, and can represent our client in meetings.
  • Prior experience with stylists, working with and scheduling interior designers on a national and international level would be advantageous
  • Must be highly detailed, have a 24/7 mindset, excellent work ethic, and enjoy a fast-paced, respectful work environment
  • Prior experience working with security and secret services is welcomed
  • Must have excellent driving skills
  • Must be travel ready at moment's notice
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation:

  • £100,000 to £120,000+ D/O/E annual salary D/O/E
  • Full benefits package
  • 2 weeks of paid vacation
