Currently seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager. The perfect candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience as a disciplined and forward-thinking private home employee working for a fast-paced UHNW or VIP family.
We are seeking someone with longevity in prior positions and experience in coordinating multiple agendas and activities.
The candidate must have the ability to create detailed itineraries, think outside the box, and have a 24/7 mindset. This role will be supporting both the principals and Director of Residences. They will work from the domestic staff offices (not the corporate office). This is wonderful, respectful family who appreciate hard work and are seeking a candidate who is looking for a long term commitment.
Lifestyle management is a big portion of this role; must be flexible in terms of working schedule.
The expectations of the personal assistant include:
- Running errands
- Gifting/wrapping gifts
- Events planning
- Manage invites and RSVPs for special events.
- Travel as companion with the principal; must be passport ready
- Sit in on meetings and take clear and concise notes.
- Tracking and receiving deliveries between multiple households
- Managing multiple calendars, meetings, and appointment reminders for the principal and her family and guests
- Ordering lunch/dinner/invites & RSVP’s, coordination of planes, domestic staff with clear communication with corporate offices globally.
- Detailed itineraries, travel logistics, to include booking flights, charters, restaurant reservation, domestic and international travel.
- Ensuring secondary residences and vacation homes are prepared for the principal's arrival and updating all staff of preference changes.
- Supporting personal shopping, gifting, tracking of RSVP's, packing, and unpacking for travel, management of all passports/visas for the principal and their direct family
- Correspondence on behalf of the principal with contractors, staff, business associates, etc.
- Confident in the use of/ and updates to all computers, mobile devices, apps, documentation of codes/passwords etc.
- The ideal candidate will be highly tech-savvy.
- Must be physically in good shape, have an air of confidence and can represent our client in meetings.
- Must be highly detailed, have a 24/7 mindset, excellent work ethic, and enjoy a fast-paced, respectful work environment.
- Prior experience working with security and secret service welcomed.
- Must have excellent driving skills.
- Must be travel ready at moment’s notice.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
- $100,000 - $130,000 annual salary
- Full benefits package
- 2 weeks paid vacation
