  • South Hampton 22,000 ft., 2.4 acres, 2 pools, tennis court, guest house, 5 bedrooms in main house, 2 staff rooms, 3 bedrooms in guest house
  • Rye, NY; 5,000 ft. 6 bedroom, 1 staff accommodation, 1.4 acres.
  • Manage 6-8 staff- would need someone to hire and train additional support staff.
  • Family consists of a husband and wife, their children who are school age and the family dog
  • Must be vaccinated
  • Salary $180,000- $250,000 DOE- full benefits and relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to the properties, oversee and support staff, perform inspections, develop, and execute SOP’s/house manuals specific to each property
  • Initiate and maintain vendor relations, negotiate, and renegotiate service contracts, and work proposals, create and maintain vendor list, and schedules, and conduct periodic audits, as needed
  • Build and maintain staffing plan: source, interview, hire and onboard; train new staff, and manage up-train and fire existing staff, as needed
  • Oversee staff and vendors to ensure a high level of care and service across all properties
  • Create and manage staff schedules, PTO requests, benefit administration, and perform annual performance reviews 
  • Create a shared system for date/file management for principals, staff, and properties
  • Oversee the care and maintenance of other assets, as requested
  • Develop and maintain oversight reports, asset inventory lists, operating budgets, for all properties
  • Report maintenance issues or other household issues that require attention, prioritizing accordingly
  • Give principals options and pricing, as requested, for repairs and renovations- presenting detailed explanations and making suggestions regarding the best possible way(s) to proceed
  • Coordinate with the family office on HR, finance, and legal/compliance matters, as needed
  • Coordinate with travel agents and concierge services for travel, reservations, and event planning, as requested 
  • Coordinate with the design team on maintenance and new projects
  • Assist principals in working through special projects/wish list
  • Ideally be local to the NY boroughs, and surrounding states, and have a network of support vendors and contacts

Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 

Must be vaccinated 

Pass a detailed criminal background check

Have excellent, verifiable references
