Position Overview:
A prominent private organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and proactive H.R. Management Assistant / Operations Support Lead to oversee key operational and human resources functions. This role will serve as the vital link between departmental operations and corporate HR, ensuring effective coordination, employee support, and administrative efficiency across the board.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of organizational acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to managing schedules, employee welfare, performance tracking, and operational support. The ideal candidate will foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Welfare & Support

Monitor and ensure the wellbeing of assigned employees, including accommodation, transportation, and workplace conditions

Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and in accordance with company policy

Promote a positive work environment aligned with corporate values
Scheduling & Workforce Planning

Develop and maintain employee work schedules in coordination with department leaders

Manage vacation calendars, shift rotations, and staffing coverage to ensure smooth operations
Performance Management & Training

Implement structured performance reviews and ensure role clarity for all employees

Collaborate with the HR department to organize training programs and support professional development initiatives
HR Administration & Recruitment

Oversee recruitment needs based on approved manpower budgets

Liaise with the HR Directorate for hiring approvals and onboarding processes

Maintain accurate records of staffing levels, turnover, and recruitment activities
Operational Coordination

Assist department heads with special projects and ongoing operational requirements

Manage staff accommodation logistics (on-site and off-site) and ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in an HR, operations, or team coordination role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Solid understanding of performance management and HR best practices

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset

Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
