A wonderful young family based in Delray Beach is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Property Manager to oversee and maintain a beautiful, modern oceanfront residence. The home is approximately 10,000 sq. ft., featuring seven bedrooms, and is supported by an existing House Manager and established service professionals.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a property to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, well-networked locally, and able to think outside the box while working collaboratively within an existing household structure.

The principals are a warm, respectful couple in their early 30s with a one-year-old child. They value professionalism, discretion, and a positive, approachable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

Property & Grounds Management

• Conduct daily walk-throughs of the property to ensure overall condition and functionality
• Oversee and perform hands-on maintenance of the exterior, including landscaping, irrigation, and general upkeep
• Trim and maintain plantings, manage sprinkler systems (including changing sprinkler heads), and monitor drainage
• Pressure wash, perform touch-up painting, and maintain outdoor surfaces
• Inspect roof areas and exterior structures for wear, mold, or environmental damage
• Maintain cooling towers, generators, and other essential systems

Seasonal & Preventative Maintenance

• Prepare the home for seasonal transitions, including opening and closing procedures
• Implement hurricane preparedness protocols and ongoing coastal property protection
• Understand and mitigate the effects of saltwater exposure on the property

Vendor & Project Oversight

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee vendors and service professionals
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Source and maintain relationships with local vendors and contractors

Technology & Systems

• Manage and troubleshoot smart home systems, including security, automation, irrigation, and remote access
• Maintain documentation, service schedules, and system updates

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Property Manager or Estate Manager within a high-end private residence
• Highly hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair most household systems independently, while appropriately engaging licensed professionals for more complex work requiring permits or specialized expertise
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems required
• Tech-savvy with experience in modern smart home systems and automation
• Well-networked in the Delray Beach / South Florida area
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Youthful, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working alongside an existing House Manager and team
• Experience with oceanfront or coastal properties strongly preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE)
• Two (2) weeks paid vacation
• One (1) week paid sick leave
• Medical stipend
