In search of an outstanding Houseman/Handyman to support the maintenance of their 12,000 sq. ft. home. The principal has multiple residences across the USA and Europe. While she is often travelling, the Mrs. is very involved in the management of her homes, and the candidates will often report directly to her.
The responsibilities of the houseman are all-inclusive maintenance of the property, basic household and appliance repairs, manage third-party vendors, support landscape maintenance, maintain the home’s exterior tidiness, and support the housekeepers with the interior cleanliness of the home.
The home is fully staffed, and this role will join the existing team.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must live within a reasonable commute to Houston
- Must have a minimum of three years of houseman or handyman experience
