Handyman/Houseman _Shaker Hights, OH - PLACED

Seeking a skilled handyman/houseman 

This role requires an energetic person to follow a cleaning schedule on the exterior and interior of the property. Dudies of the job will include:

• climbing up ladders
• window washing
• leaf blowing
• power washing walkways/driveways
• replenishing beverages throughout fridges/coolers inside the house
• changing lightbulbs
• assisting housekeepers carrying items as needed
• walking dogs when needed
• checking mechanical rooms
• letting in scheduled vendors
• Running errands 
• Driving the principal and staff to and from appointments 
• Maintenance and reapir of HVAC systems and electronics 
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot home security systems
• Helping to clean/perform housekeeping duties when needed
• etc.

Immediate hire 

The ideal candidate is physically strong, a jack of all trades, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed. You should be well-versed in basic repair, tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills. 

Must pass a full background check and drug screen 

Must have verifiable references 

This is a full-time position
