House Manager/Housekeeper – Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, 32081
A lovely family in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, is seeking a House Manager/Housekeeper. The family consists of a husband, wife, and three-year-old child, and they have lived in the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra area for ten years.
The candidate will visit the family's 3,300-square-foot home three days weekly to perform housekeeping duties. The child attends daycare while the husband and wife both work. Ideally, the family would like to bring someone into the home who is willing to look after the child when needed and interact with/positively influence the child. There is also a beloved family dog within the home, who will need to be fed and walked on occasion. The dog is a breed that does not shed (hypoallergenic).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Running household errands, picking up prescriptions, grocery shopping, etc.
- Maintain household inventories, stock fridge
- Care for the family pet
- General upkeep of home – sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, maintain a safe environment for child and pet
- Communicate with and schedule vendors
- Answer the phone and be able to take clear, concise messages
- Laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and linens
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages

Monday and Wednesday and Friday - 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
or
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Additional hours offered when needed.
Compensation:
$30/hour
